They didn't expect it to be that good...

What We Do.

"Doing good holds the power to transform us on the inside, and then ripple out in ever-expanding circles that positively impact the world at large" - Shari Arison

Team Building...

What makes a good team great and poor team awful? In our opinion it’s all about trust. Great teams trust each other. In this environment communication flows, ideas flow and results flow. We all know what it’s like to be in a great team and what it’s like not to be. Here at Seachange Now we have perfected the art of creating great teams.
Our proprietary ABLE process includes;
  • A – Awareness – using our “PULSE” questionnaire we identify what the team does really well and struggles with.
  • B – Building – employing indoor and outdoor fun we build bridges with each team member.
  • L – Learning – using our psychometric tools we share personality insights to learn greater appreciation of each other.
  • E – Empowering – through open dialogue and goal setting you collectively empower each other to create success.
Your team will have great fun and gain practical skills that genuinely form the foundations for great team success. We have long term relationships with the very best outdoor team facilities and settings and have huge in-house experience for on-the-water based team building.
Everything we do is based on the High Performance Team (HPT) Model. This involves consistently working on the right critical success factors to provide measurable results. In this context our sporting success shines through with Seachange Now founder Brendan Foley’s success as an international athlete coming into play. Having this first person insight is invaluable and Brendan shares the secrets to peak performance in a positive and easily accessible manner.

Facilitation.

The BIG questions. How many strategy sessions, meetings, think-tanks, brainstorms have you been involved in where only a few voices were heard? How many times have you had to chair a meeting or moderate and left with your piece unsaid? Can you and your team see your blind spots and be prepared to call them? How many times have you left a strategy session that was all talk but very short on action?
For all these reasons, facilitation by a professional, objective and insightful facilitator can be the difference between a successful outcome or not.

At Seachange Now we help some of the most successful teams in business today to get clarity and create results. We are well used to being both present and unseen while facilitating, making sure that your precious time together is well used and structured. Typical uses of a facilitator include;
  • Brainstorming
  • Strategy sessions
  • Feedback sessions
  • Quarterly check-ins
  • Vision Quest Business Retreat
  • Research presentations (we also record and compile people based research)
  • Seachange Catalyst Programme ( 6 month goal focused programme)
One of the consistent comments we receive at Seachange Now is about our ability to add value to an already established team or process. Using our strong business background we are also in a position to strategically support our clients with insight and advice. Often we work with several companies that are experiencing the same challenges and opportunities and this overview allows us to share ideas  and solutions that can be applied across all industry sectors.

Executive Coaching.

The Seachange Now Coaching Programme is a one to one, confidential and uplifting process that allows individuals to explore issues or gain clarity around challenges. The coach acts as an impartial and objective party that helps by guiding and providing appropriate tools and techniques to allow success.

The Coaching Programme runs over a series of 3 – 6 one to one Coaching Sessions where the Coach will work with you to discover and unblock limiting beliefs, aligning you with your purpose and identifying practical tools and techniques to help you achieve a successful and enduring outcome.  At the end of your programme you will feel focused, supported and energised.

The Process
The role of the Coach is to facilitate overcoming challenges or to help define actions to succeed. Coaching starts with a Q and A session where the true nature and understanding of objectives is noted. This session often reveals aspects that have not been considered and leads to useful exploration of these issues.  Using our proprietary Coaching Model OWA (Outcome Why Action) which has been proven with thousands of people and scores of companies to provide a fast track to results.  This means you work with your Coach to achieve tangible and measurable results.

Coaching may include
•    Onboarding and First 100 Days
•    Appraisal of your business strengths and weaknesses covering Emotional Intelligence & Personality Insights
•    Identifying your personal and business potential
•    Creating an action plan for success
•    Developing high level of motivation
•    Exploring how to master your own energy
•    Getting an insight into your working styles
•    Building a vision for your future (visualisation)
•    Building Confidence and exploring your comfort zone
•    Building your Personal Profile and Network
•    Public Speaking, Presentation and Assertive Behaviour
•    Interview Skills
•    Coaching for Interim Positions
The frequency and timing of the sessions are in keeping with the objectives set. Typically, a 6 session programme will run over 6 month period.  One-off Interventions are available.

The sessions are confidential and are conducted at your place of work or our offices at 4a, Park Lane, Dun Laoghaire, Co Dublin.

Psychometrics.

Every person is unique and in the corporate environment sometimes this can be overlooked. These differences or character traits that we all have are products of nature; those traits we are born with and nurture; those traits that are shaped by our environment, family, colleagues and values. We are all a combination of both.
Understanding these unique characteristics is invaluable in;
  • Selection & Recruitment
  • Coaching & Team Development
  • Team building and sharing
Our most popular metrics are;
  • The 5 States of Success - our propitiatory assessment tool that unlocks personal and team potential. This very powerful system produces a personal report that clearly indicates strengths and development areas, along with success strategies for growth. Clients describe the system as; It’s really strong and goes straight for the jugular. I love it. *** Fantastic – this is unique, I've never come across anything like this before *** Doesn’t Pigeon hole you like other tools and offers a much wider view of development *** Really makes you think deeply about your legacy *** Amazing to be able to articulate my purpose in one short call.
  • Insights Discovery – a massively powerful personality preference indicator with a superb suite of support material. We have without doubt some of the best coaches and facilitators using Insights Discovery today.
  • EQi 2.0 – Predict and improve emotional intelligence and management skills, a great tool for coaching and developing the emotional intelligence of and organisation.
  • EQi 2.0 360 – Improve emotional intelligence with an objective and in-depth assessment that includes manager, peers and direct reports in a comprehensive overview.
  • Craft Personality Questionnaire – An excellent personality indicator for recruitment, development of staff and team building
  • Belbin Team Working Profile – A super overview of key personal qualities and at the right price. The Belbin also have a 360 option and is ideal for team building and sharing
  • McQuaig Test – The time tested mechanic to measure situational V’s real working style. It is very effective for both recruitment and team development.
