Who We Are
Brendan Foley, Managing Director
Life Coaching - It's just amazing.
When I started this journey, a long time ago, I could see the power of personal development from a very young age. I was a very shy child. I was really challenged to have enough self-belief to back myself. Probably because of that, I sought out information, education and experiences that would help me to feel more secure in the world, to feel better in the world. I was pretty challenged at school, I didn't enjoy it. Because of that I went on a quest to find things to make me feel better – some worked, some didn’t. Some were constructive and some destructive. Then I started to find things that really worked and helped me to feel confident and secure in myself.
This breakthrough made me think: If I can change maybe this would work for others? I realised then that my experiences could help other people. Through the experiences I had overcoming my own limiting beliefs or overcoming my own fears, I realised that if I can do this other people can do it. Then I realised that I had to start a coaching business and in 2008 I set up my own business called Seachange Now. What was fascinating was that in my family everybody had come from banking, insurance or big company backgrounds. There were no entrepreneurs and it was considered highly risky what I was doing. But I knew in my heart, it was the right thing to do. And luckily with the support of my wife, who gave me her love, and her inspiration, I found the bravery or the courage to go ahead out on my own.
It was the best decision I ever made because it allowed me to live my life purpose. My purpose now is to help others to connect with their life purpose, to find belief in themselves, to allow success to come into their life. I truly believe that the life you want is the life you choose. Sometimes fate will deal us a tough blow, or make something difficult in our lives. I believe that these are our teachers. They're there to allow us to understand how we can better ourselves. I use a little phrase ‘when one door closes, another opens’. That's something that I truly believe is right. If you find in your life that things seem not be going the right way, it's usually because doors are closing. Something is coming to an end, which is normal and natural, but other doors are opening. Coaching helps you see the open door and go through it.
We help people to go after their dreams, to live their ambitions, to make the changes in their life that they really want to make. We do this from a place of deep respect, understanding, compassion, and most of all we do it from a place of spirit. We believe that in this world. We're not humans trying to understand a spiritual experience. Instead, we're spirits struggling to understand the human experience. When we look at the world through this perspective, through these eyes, we can actually see a lot of the answers are in front of us. And our job as coaches, is to guide people towards those answers.

Anna D'Arcy, Executive Coach & Trainer
Ever before Anna qualified as a professional coach she had been a natural coach, supporting friends, family & total strangers all of her life! For Anna, coaching is a vocation. She oozes empathy & kindness & always sees the best in people. As a coach, Anna champions her clients & leaves them feeling that they can do anything that they set their mind to.
In her coaching sessions Anna strives to leave judgement outside the door, as there is no room for judgement in coaching. Anna aims to leave people & situations better than she found them. She uses humour & anecdotes to help her clients feel at ease & gets so much value from seeing her clients make positive steps in the right direction.
Having been a full time Mum to her 3 children for over 10 years, Anna understands well how life's beginnings & endings can rock people's confidence & belief systems. As a family, they have moved internationally 3 times which has given Anna a huge insight into the human psyche; living in different cultures & meeting many diverse people.
Anna's ability to create trust and safety is a real gift. Her openness & honesty leaves her clients feeling supported yet challenged. She has deep empathy to understand her clients and intuition to hear things that are often unspoken.
"Thanks for our coaching sessions and thanks for accompanying me through this revelation (?) journey?? I really enjoyed it and I definitely got out much more than I expected...with some pleasant surprises too. Thank you"
Deborah
"Working with Anna is both empowering and strategic. Anna Is a mentor, Coach, and a confidante – helping people to learn how to manage themselves, their environment and achieve in order to succeed"
Ciara
"Working with Anna has been one of the most impactful things I have done in my career and I have thoroughly enjoyed it. It is hard to capture how much a difference Anna made to my confidence in my own strengths but somehow Anna changed me from believing I was a support to the team to realising I was a conductor. Her ability to create a safe environment, while asking some challenging self reflection questions helped me better understand myself and the unique value I bring. Her tips and tools on how to tackle real life situations, and how to communicate more effectively with my team were fantastic and worked. I always looked forward to our sessions"

Sinead Fitzgerald, Executive Coach & Trainer
Throughout my life I always enjoyed working with groups of people. For many years I specialised in encouraging communication and team building. It was only through my coaching training that I realised the importance of listening and the space that it can open up for people. When I undertook my coaching journey, every aspect of my life began to change. Through coaching I examined what was working for me and what was not. What areas of life I wanted to work on and how I could improve them. All the answers lay within me but coaching helped in identifying and opening up the space to examine them.
No matter where I have worked, I have always used the mission statement “to help others”. It is my purpose to assist those who may need it.
I have changed careers, shifted and moved within organisations and understand the positives and the challenges this can bring. Through coaching I can assist those experiencing similar situations. However, coaching can help in so many areas. What do you want to change? What does the best life look like?
